Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Auto Body Collision Repair Technician to join our team. As an Auto Body Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring vehicles to their pre-collision condition. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work with a variety of tools and materials. If you have experience with collision repairs and are passionate about delivering high-quality work, we want to hear from you!
Duties:

Repair and replace damaged body panels, including bumpers, fenders, doors, and hoods

Perform frame straightening and other structural repairs using specialized equipment

Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, and applying sealants

Reassemble and align vehicle components after repairs are completed

Utilize welding, cutting, and grinding techniques as needed for repairs
-
Inspect vehicles for safety and quality standards before returning to the customer

Work closely with other technicians to complete repairs in a timely manner

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area

Communicate with customers about repair progress and any additional work required
Preferred Skills:

Proven experience as an Auto Body Collision Repair Technician

Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and techniques

Ability to read and understand repair manuals and diagrams
-
High attention to detail and quality workmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
