What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Product Designer, you’ll work at the intersection of design, innovation, and technical development — turning 2D design concepts into functional 3D and 4D prototypes. You’ll lead complex product innovation projects and help develop new technologies and construction processes that push the boundaries of what’s possible in performance apparel.
From bra patterning to 3D fitting and prototyping, you’ll be involved in every step of the creation process, collaborating with internal teams, athletes, and manufacturing partners to build truly innovative products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end concept development for advanced performance apparel, from ideation to prototype.
- Develop 2D patterns and create 3D models using CLO or equivalent tools.
- Apply advanced fit expertise — including bra patterning, grading, and athlete fit review.
- Drive prototype iteration processes and facilitate fit sessions.
- Collaborate with global teams, including design, development, and manufacturing partners.
- Communicate design concepts clearly through visual presentations and reports.
- Explore and test new construction methods and technologies.
- Oversee product security and confidentiality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to innovation calendars, timelines, and workback plans.
