Job Full Description
We’re looking for a Lead Buyer to oversee Women’s Apparel merchandising and procurement for our Inline Store business across North America. This is a high-impact role that blends creativity, strategic thinking, and operational excellence. You’ll drive the assortment strategy and partner closely across merchandising, planning, allocation, and store operations to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead seasonal assortment planning and buying for Women’s Apparel across Inline Stores
- Curate consumer-relevant assortments using trend analysis, historical data, and in-season performance metrics
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Planning, Allocation, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Store Operations, and Product Creation
- Ensure procurement and merchandising strategies align with financial targets, customer demand, and market opportunities
- Monitor product performance and lead mid-season adjustments to optimize sales, sell-through, and inventory health
- Represent the merchandising function in key meetings, driving alignment across teams
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, growth-minded team culture
Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in apparel merchandising, retail buying, or product procurement
- Experience in a vertical retail, department store, or multi-brand environment
- Strong understanding of merchandising metrics: sell-through, margin, inventory turn, units per transaction (UPT), etc.
- Proven ability to build assortments that balance consumer demand, trend, and commercial perform
