We’re looking for a  Specialized Product Designer 4 with a passion for apparel innovation and technical development. In this role, you'll help bring forward-thinking product concepts to life by combining deep product knowledge with creative problem-solving. You’ll play a key role in transforming early design ideas into functional prototypes, using your skills in patterning, fit, 3D development, and material understanding to drive concept execution. You'll be encouraged to think differently, explore new methods of make, and help define the future of performance apparel.

What You’ll Do:

  • Translate early-stage design concepts into product using 2D and 3D tools

  • Contribute to bra patterning, fit sessions, and garment grading with an eye for detail and function

  • Use tools like CLO or similar software to visualize and iterate design ideas

  • Collaborate closely with innovation centers and manufacturing teams to ensure feasibility and alignment

  • Explore new construction methods, materials, and technologies

  • Lead and support prototype iterations throughout the product lifecycle

  • Coordinate timelines and development milestones alongside project leads

  • Help manage secure product processes and safeguard confidential innovation work

  • Contribute to team thinking with a curiosity-driven, open-minded approach

  • Document progress and present design solutions to peers and stakeholders

Preferred Experience & Strengths:

  • Background in apparel design, development, pattern making, or textile science

  • Comfortable working with patterning software and 3D tools (e.g., CLO, Optitex, Browzwear)

  • Experience or interest in fit methodology, technical design, and performance wear

  • Familiarity with factory communication and production process coordination

  • Enjoys problem-solving and experimentation in highly collaborative, technical environments

  • Able to interpret abstract design ideas and translate them into functional products

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working on future-forward or confidential projects

  • Effective communicator who can share design intent across technical and creative teams

  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and general office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
