We’re hiring an experienced Tile Setter to join a well-regarded residential tile firm recognized for its superior workmanship and client-focused service. This is a long-term role with the potential to advance into a leadership position for the right individual.
In this position, you’ll work closely with one of the company’s owners, receiving direct mentorship and learning their proven methods for delivering outstanding results. From luxurious bathrooms to designer kitchens, you’ll contribute to transforming upscale residential interiors with an emphasis on quality, precision, and client satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lay and set various tile materials in residential spaces including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Partner with the owner and crew to ensure projects are completed to high standards and timelines
- Read and interpret tile layout designs and customer specifications to deliver accurate installations
- Utilize appropriate tools and methods to cut, shape, and install tile efficiently and cleanly
- Prepare installation surfaces through cleaning, leveling, and waterproofing as required
- Communicate effectively with homeowners to confirm details and ensure a positive experience
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free throughout the project
- Adhere to all safety regulations and local building codes
