We’re hiring a Senior Buyer – Procurement/Purchasing Specialist for a leading company in the apparel and footwear industry. This role is all about smart decision-making, trend-spotting, and building seasonal assortments that customers love. You'll blend creativity with data to curate product selections, partner with cross-functional teams, and make sure every buying choice aligns with brand goals and customer expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Curate seasonal product assortments for apparel and footwear collections
- Analyze sales trends and real-time performance data to make quick, informed adjustments
- Forecast and plan inventory levels to align with seasonal needs and customer demand
- Work closely with planning, merchandising, store operations, and marketing to bring assortments to life
- Present category insights and performance updates in leadership meetings
- Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality standards
- Keep tabs on industry trends, new materials, and innovations in the textile space
- Help support and mentor junior team members, offering guidance and feedback
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and products to meet production and sales timelines
- Monitor and manage budgets, costs, and delivery schedules with accuracy and agility
