What You’ll Be Doing:
- Set up, operate, and monitor machinery according to specifications
- Load materials into machines and ensure they’re running smoothly throughout the shift
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues to supervisors
- Follow safety guidelines and wear proper protective equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Record production data and complete shift paperwork
- Collaborate with teammates and communicate clearly to keep processes moving
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and make basic adjustments as needed
