Are you a detail-oriented pro who loves crunching numbers and helping projects get off the ground? We’re looking for a Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Estimator to join a dynamic construction and remodeling team.
In this role, you’ll analyze project plans, prepare accurate cost estimates, and collaborate with project managers to ensure budgets align with scope. If you have strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be your next great opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications for MEP systems on construction and remodeling projects
- Prepare detailed cost estimates including labor, materials, and equipment
- Analyze project requirements and identify potential risks or cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to gather accurate pricing and clarify project scope
- Develop and maintain bid proposals and submit them on time
- Assist project managers in budget tracking and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay current with industry pricing trends, materials, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in estimating processes
