Are you someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping people improve their homes? We’re growing our sales team and looking for someone who’s ready to take inbound leads, nurture long-term client partnerships, and play a key role in the continued success of a well-established remodeling and handyman services company in the Portland Metro area.
This isn’t your typical cold-calling sales job — most of your leads will come to you through phone, email, and website inquiries. A big part of your role will be managing and growing existing client accounts, while still bringing in new business through your outreach and relationship-building skills. This role is mostly in-office, but you’ll occasionally head out to a client site for an estimate or progress visit — and since your commission is tied to completed jobs, staying close to the action pays off!

What You’ll Do:
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and website
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with returning and repeat customers
- Conduct follow-ups with past clients and prospects to generate new business
- Provide project estimates in collaboration with the production team
- Occasionally visit job sites to check progress or assist with quotes
- Track and manage your pipeline using CRM tools
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project completion
