Are you someone who loves meeting new people, solving problems, and seeing things sparkle when they’re done right? We’re hiring a Cleaner Sales & Estimator to join a growing commercial cleaning company in the Portland Metro area. This is a great role for someone who enjoys both sales and site visits—where you can mix time in the office with time in the field.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand what cleaning solutions best fit their space. You’ll visit client sites, assess needs, and put together quotes based on size, services required, and timelines. You’ll also maintain great relationships with existing clients and help support new business growth. If you're someone who’s outgoing, detail-oriented, and likes to be on the go, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and schedule site visits
- Visit commercial properties to assess cleaning needs and gather project details
- Prepare and present service estimates and customized cleaning proposals
- Follow up with potential clients to close deals and answer questions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure services are delivered as promised
- Track leads, estimates, and client communications using CRM or similar tools
- Stay informed about services offered and provide suggestions to clients based on their space and needs
