We’re on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented Car Wrap Vinyl Printing Production Coordinator to join our team! This is a dynamic role where you'll be the vital link between customers, design vendors, and our talented install techs. You'll be involved in every step of the wrap production process—from customer consults to printing, laminating, and coordinating installs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to jump into the custom car wrap world, especially if you enjoy variety, staying organized, and collaborating with a laid-back, passionate team. You'll even get hands-on with vinyl installation from time to time—don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes!
Duties Include:
- Collaborate with customers to understand their vehicle wrap ideas and collect notes, images, and details for design
- Communicate with the New York-based design vendor to get wrap concepts created quickly and accurately
- Print vinyl designs using a Roland wide-format printer and laminate them for install
- Coordinate and hand off completed prints to techs for installation
- Jump in occasionally to assist with vinyl application on vehicles (training provided)
- Keep current customers updated on their projects and respond to new inquiries
- Assist with invoicing and order entry as needed
- Help manage production timelines and keep wrap jobs on track from start to finish
