Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally
- Identify and understand customer needs, concerns, and questions
- Provide accurate information and helpful solutions to customers
- Handle complaints with empathy, respect, and professionalism
- Direct callers to appropriate departments when necessary
- Assist the sales team by identifying potential leads during calls
- Meet individual and team call quotas and service goals
- Follow all company communication standards and guidelines
