Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet clients, guests, and visitors in a warm and professional manner

Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person or take detailed messages

Provide day-to-day administrative support to office staff and management

Organize and maintain paper and electronic files

Help coordinate meetings, appointments, presentations, and travel plans

Prepare outgoing mail, packages, and business correspondence

Assist in creating and editing documents, reports, and presentation materials

Monitor office supply levels and request restocking or repairs as needed

Ensure the office space remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times
