We’re hiring a Groundskeeper & Facilities Maintenance Associate for a great opportunity in Tillamook County! This hands-on role is perfect for someone who likes variety in their day and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to make a real difference in their community.
You’ll help maintain public grounds, parks, and facilities, ensuring they are in tip-top shape and looking great. Whether it’s mowing lawns, trimming trees, cleaning up debris, or assisting with basic repairs, your efforts will help keep the community safe, clean, and beautiful. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform groundskeeping duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, and leaf blowing
- Maintain landscaping features including flower beds, shrubs, and trees
- Clean and maintain public spaces, including emptying trash, picking up debris, and power washing surfaces
- Assist with minor facility repairs and routine maintenance tasks
- Operate tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and hand tools safely and effectively
- Report any safety hazards, damage, or maintenance needs to supervisors
- Work both independently and with a team to complete daily assignments
- Follow all safety and county procedures while on the job
