Job Summary:
Are you passionate about food, people, and creating a positive dining experience? We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Food Service Associate – Cafeteria & Customer Care Specialist to join our team!
In this role, you’ll be part of a fast-paced cafeteria team preparing daily menu items, serving customers with a smile, and keeping food service areas clean, organized, and running smoothly. From stocking shelves to answering questions about allergens and ingredients, your attention to detail and great customer service will help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
If you have a current food handler’s permit, previous food service or retail experience, and a positive attitude—we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh food items under the guidance of the food service lead
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain clean and organized prep stations, dining areas, and service counters
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to ring up orders and handle transactions
- Restock food items, supplies, and condiments as needed
- Answer customer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, allergens, and nutrition
- Work as a team to ensure efficient service and a positive dining atmosphere
