We’re hiring a Manufacturing Associate – Production & Packaging Team to support day-to-day operations on the manufacturing floor. In this role, you'll help keep the production process running smoothly from setup to final packaging.
Your responsibilities will include preparing materials, setting up equipment, checking product quality, and ensuring all tasks are completed safely and accurately. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and recalibrate production equipment following safety and quality procedures
- Prepare raw materials and supplies for daily production runs
- Monitor and maintain supply levels to avoid production delays
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Report equipment issues or supply shortages to supervisors
- Support team members with various production tasks as needed
