We’re hiring motivated and dependable General Laborers to support construction, maintenance, and site prep activities across various job sites. In this role, you'll help contractors and tradespeople with site prep, tool operation, and general clean-up and setup duties. You'll also assist with equipment handling, materials movement, and safe worksite practices. Whether you're just getting started or bringing experience to the table, we’d love to meet you!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment at the job site
- Prepare materials and organize work areas for efficient operations
- Assist with construction activities including digging, stacking, lifting, and moving materials
- Safely direct traffic around roadwork and construction zones as needed
- Operate hand tools and light machinery such as drills, saws, and pressure washers
- Read and follow directions from supervisors and blueprints or project plans
- Build or assist in setting up scaffolding and temporary structures
- Clean up job sites including removal of debris and hazardous materials
- Adhere to all health and safety standards and wear required protective gear
- Maintain and store tools and equipment properly after use
- Work closely with contractors and other skilled tradespeople
- Complete all tasks accurately, efficiently, and on schedule
