In this role, you’ll be responsible for expanding our client base, closing sales with both new and existing leads, and delivering exceptional service from the first handshake to final delivery. You’ll be the voice and face of our brand—helping clients find solutions that work for them and following up to make sure their experience is nothing short of excellent.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact leads to promote products and services and understand client needs
- Generate new business through email campaigns, social media, networking, and direct outreach
- Create compelling sales pitches and presentations to close deals
- Draft and manage client contracts with accuracy and professionalism
- Coordinate with the warehouse and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Follow up with clients after delivery to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and goals to consistently meet or exceed targets
