Duties & Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments with prospective and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Stay informed on product features and benefits to confidently educate customers
- Identify and target new markets and customer segments
- Follow up on leads and track customer interactions
- Partner with the marketing team to create innovative sales strategies
- Brainstorm with the sales team on new ways to boost engagement and sales
- Consistently seek ways to make products and services more attractive to customers
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, pricing, and industry trends
