Job Full Description
As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting both our internal teams and our amazing clients. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring a smooth customer journey — from onboarding to ongoing support — and will help develop strategies that lead to business growth and increased satisfaction. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys coaching others, solving problems, and using data to create lasting impact.
We’ll provide the training and tools to set you up for success, but we’re looking for someone with a background in business operations or customer service leadership. If you’re organized, driven, and people-focused, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage client portfolios to foster long-term relationships
- Use customer feedback and data to drive improvements in the client experience
- Develop and implement business growth strategies focused on retention and satisfaction
- Support the sales process with insights and strategic input
- Train and mentor customer service representatives to enhance performance
- Utilize CRM and ticketing systems to track client issues and ensure timely resolution
- Work collaboratively across departments to create seamless support processes
- Stay current on product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful guidance to customers
