Are you someone who enjoys problem-solving, building rapport, and helping others find solutions? We’re looking for a Collections Specialist with a strong customer service background who can support our team in recovering outstanding account balances while maintaining a professional and positive client experience.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring overdue accounts, reaching out to clients to arrange payment plans, and ensuring accurate records are kept. When necessary, you’ll transition unresolved accounts to a collections agency. This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, and ready to take the next step in their career—all while working in a supportive, energetic, and goal-driven environment.
We’re hiring for a people-first individual who enjoys a challenge, can handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism, and thrives in a team setting. No prior collections experience is required—we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Monitor and manage past-due accounts
- Professionally contact clients with overdue balances
- Collaborate with clients to set up and maintain payment plans
- Document all client interactions and payment arrangements in our system
- Escalate accounts to third-party collections when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Work closely with the accounting and customer service teams to ensure accurate reporting
