Are you outgoing, energetic, and love working with people? We’re looking for a Retail Assistant who enjoys creating great shopping experiences and takes pride in a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face that greets customers, helps them find what they need, and makes sure the sales floor looks its best.
You’ll also get hands-on with merchandise, from helping customers find the right sizes and styles to keeping displays fresh and restocked. If you’re a team player with great attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow your skills in a fun and fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable service and answer product questions
- Help customers with product choices including sizes, colors, and availability
- Make thoughtful recommendations to improve the customer’s experience
- Restock shelves and ensure displays are neat and up-to-date
- Assist with inventory counts and organize new stock and visual displays
- Process sales using a cash register, credit card reader, or POS system
- Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally, escalating when necessary
- Stay informed on current sales, promotions, and store policies
- Keep an eye out for potential theft and follow company procedures if needed
