This is a hands-on role where you'll be assisting with production tasks, keeping things moving on the floor, and supporting machine operators and other team members as needed. No previous production experience is required—just bring a good work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist with general production tasks such as material handling, packaging, and cleanup
- Load and unload items from machines or conveyors
- Inspect products for quality and report any issues to supervisors
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Support machine operators and production staff as needed
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times
- Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
