Job Duties:
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product information
- Handle transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise displays
- Assist in inventory restocking and loss prevention procedures
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Promote store products, services, and promotions
