Job Full Description
We’re currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to assist with temporary maintenance coverage at two apartment communities. This is a hands-on role requiring a well-rounded maintenance professional comfortable handling more intensive repairs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, reliable, and experienced with apartment or multifamily maintenance.
Job Duties:
- Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across two properties
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
- Handle carpentry and general construction-related work as needed
- Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Communicate with property management to report progress and needs
