Job Duties
- Supervise and support appliance installation technicians.
- Coordinate daily schedules, routes, and project assignments.
- Provide training on proper installation procedures and safety standards.
- Resolve escalated customer issues or technical challenges.
- Inspect completed installations for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and installation supplies.
- Ensure compliance with electrical, plumbing, and safety regulations.
- Prepare performance reports and assist with process improvements.
