Job Full Description
We are currently hiring a dependable and detail-focused Commercial Cleaner / Janitorial Technician to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in office buildings, retail spaces, and other commercial properties. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for employees and visitors.
Job Duties:
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors as needed
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
- Dust and wipe down surfaces including desks, windowsills, and counters
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Follow safety procedures and cleaning checklists
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals according to provided instructions
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors
