Pay: $23-$25/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–2:00 AM
Overview
Looking for an active job where you can work independently and stay moving throughout your shift? This position involves professional carpet and hard-floor cleaning for a nonprofit organization that supports adults with disabilities in finding meaningful employment, so your work directly contributes to an important community mission.
Once you're trained, you’ll have a lot of independence—you’ll receive your route and supplies, travel to your scheduled locations, and manage your work without a manager constantly hovering over you.
Duties
- Perform intensive carpet cleaning and extraction using professional equipment
- Operate a carpet cleaning wand to extract and clean carpets
- Strip and wax hard floors
- Carefully apply floor finishes and ensure a quality final result
- Travel independently to scheduled job sites
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
