Job Full Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Representative to assist customers in resolving issues with their computer systems. This role involves taking calls, diagnosing problems, and offering solutions over the phone. More complex issues will be escalated to the appropriate technical specialist. While an associate degree in a computer-related field is preferred, relevant technical experience is highly valued. Strong communication skills and prior customer service experience are essential.
Technical Support Representative Duties and Responsibilities
- Take incoming calls from customers experiencing technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems over the phone
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to a specialist
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the system
- Identify and report recurring issues to the supervisor
