Job Full Description
A small, family-owned repair shop in the Tigard area is looking for a skilled Autobody Technician to join their team. In this role, you’ll perform a variety of body repairs on vehicles, working primarily with fleet vehicles using factory parts. This is a production-based position where you’ll often be working on multiple cars at once and earning based on job or car completion.
Job Duties:
- Repair and replace vehicle bumpers, panels, and other exterior components
- Remove dents, fill cracks, and perform surface bodywork
- Sand, prime, and prepare vehicles for painting or refinishing
- Work on multiple repair jobs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards
- Use only factory (OEM) parts – no aftermarket components
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
