Join a growing hearing aid clinic in Beaverton providing essential care to local patients. This is a front desk administrative role where you’ll handle day-to-day clinic operations while also being offered a unique career path. The clinic provides a mentorship program to train the right candidate to become a licensed hearing aid provider, with strong earning potential once licensed.

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to voicemails
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Greet and check in walk-in clients and scheduled patients
  • Maintain organized patient records and handle basic data entry
  • Provide general support to the clinic manager and clinical team
  • Assist in patient communication and follow-up coordination
  • Participate in a structured mentorship program to become a licensed hearing aid provider
