Job Full Description
We’re seeking a skilled Computer Technician to join our team and provide technical support for computer systems, networks, and end-users. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up hardware and software, maintaining network systems, and troubleshooting a variety of IT issues. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to ensure smooth and efficient technology operations.
- Job Duties:
- Prepare and configure software, computers, and network settings for new users
- Install, maintain, and update hardware, software, and system improvements as needed
- Provide technical assistance on computer operations, printer setup, password resets, and security settings
- Perform system upgrades and ensure all devices are running the latest operating systems
- Conduct regular data backups and ensure data integrity across systems
- Record, track, and document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve recurring network or equipment issues
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all IT and data security policies
