Job Full Description
We’re seeking a motivated Outbound Call Agent to join a dynamic advertising company that partners with car dealerships. In this role, you’ll connect with customers interested in purchasing vehicles, collect and process their information, and coordinate with dealerships to match them with the cars they’re looking for. After a thorough two-week training program, you’ll have the opportunity to work independently while supporting both customers and dealership partners.
Job Duties:
- Make and receive calls from customers interested in purchasing vehicles
- Collect and verify customer information, including billing and mailing details
- Submit customer information to dealership partners to facilitate vehicle searches and purchases
- Communicate with dealerships to ensure accurate and timely follow-up with customers
- Coordinate via phone, email, and text to manage customer inquiries and dealership updates
- Complete paperwork and applications accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized records of customer communications and submissions
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily and weekly performance goals
- Provide professional, courteous customer service throughout each interaction
