Job Full Description
We have a short-term Warehouse Project Support position available with a furniture retailer located in Tigard. In this role, you’ll assist with moving and staging furniture pieces, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring the showroom is ready for the design team’s visit. This project is expected to last about a week while their furniture designer is in town, with the potential for additional work depending on business needs.
Job Duties:
- Move and stage furniture pieces for display and design setup
- Pick and transport items from the warehouse to the showroom using a dolly
- Assist with general warehouse organization and cleanup tasks
- Support showroom staff with product placement and layout adjustments
- Handle furniture carefully to prevent damage during movement and staging
- Lift and move items up to 50 lbs as needed
