Job Full Description
Join a mission-driven remodeling and handyman company serving the entire Portland Metro area, from Wilsonville to Vancouver and Gresham to Hillsboro. As a Maintenance/Remodeling Project Lead, you'll head to customers’ homes to complete a wide range of projects—from kitchen and bathroom remodels to essential handyman repairs. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, especially when installing accessible bathtubs and showers that help aging clients remain safely and comfortably in their homes.
Job Duties:
- Lead and complete residential remodeling projects, including bathrooms, kitchens, and accessibility-focused upgrades.
- Install accessible bathtubs, walk-in showers, grab bars, and other aging-in-place improvements.
- Perform general handyman work such as fixing mailboxes, replacing weather stripping, and addressing miscellaneous home maintenance needs.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners to assess project needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage project timelines, materials, and workflow to deliver high-quality results.
- Provide on-site problem solving and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project completion.
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas across all job sites.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools while following company and safety guidelines.
- Travel throughout the Portland Metro area to complete scheduled service calls and remodel projects.
