We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Specialist to join our team. This role involves designing and implementing innovative packaging solutions that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, a keen eye for design, and a focus on sustainability and brand consistency.
Job Duties:
- Collaborate with product designers to ensure packaging meets all design requirements
- Work with logistics and design departments to determine necessary packaging materials and associated costs
- Create innovative packaging solutions that reflect the company’s brand image
- Present project updates and challenges to leadership and stakeholders
- Research and implement environmentally conscious packaging methods
- Assist in testing packaging for durability and product protection
