Are you an experienced carpenter who enjoys leading a team and taking pride in high-quality craftsmanship? We are seeking a Decking & Patio Crew Lead to oversee daily residential construction projects, coordinate crews, and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a decking and patio construction crew on residential projects
- Conduct daily team meetings to communicate project goals and priorities
- Assign tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule
- Read project plans and ensure construction meets specifications and quality standards
- Perform hands-on carpentry work including deck, patio, and outdoor structure construction
- Conduct final walkthroughs and quality inspections before project completion
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site at all times
