We are seeking a reliable and experienced Grave Shipping Manager to oversee all shipping operations during the overnight shift. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and safe handling of all outbound shipments while maintaining workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in leading a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Job Duties
- Supervise and support the overnight shipping team to ensure efficient operations
- Coordinate all outbound shipments, verifying accuracy, documentation, and deadlines
- Monitor warehouse workflow and adjust staffing or processes as needed
- Maintain compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and shipping regulations
- Oversee inventory control, loading procedures, and equipment usage
- Communicate with carriers, drivers, and other departments to resolve issues
- Generate reports and maintain accurate records of shipping activities and performance
