Job Full Description
Join a locally owned rug and flooring company as a Flooring Showroom Sales Associate. In this role, you’ll help customers choose the right flooring products by providing friendly, knowledgeable service both in the showroom and occasionally in their homes. This position blends sales, customer service, and hands-on tasks, making every day a mix of interaction, organization, and problem-solving.
Job Duties
- Greet customers and guide them through product options, sales, and promotions.
- Provide knowledgeable support to help customers select the right flooring solutions.
- Visit customer homes to take measurements, sketch layouts, and gather details for accurate quotes.
- Prepare written orders, bids, and related paperwork.
- Maintain an attractive and organized showroom, including moving displays and restocking merchandise.
- Roll, carry, and handle rugs or flooring samples as needed.
- Load products into a company vehicle for customer demonstrations when required.
