Join a well-established plumbing product showroom as a Retail Showroom Associate. In this role, you’ll guide customers through product options, answer questions, and help them find the right fixtures and solutions for their home or project. This position blends customer service, sales support, and hands-on showroom upkeep in a professional, customer-focused environment.
Job Duties
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting plumbing fixtures, accessories, and related products.
- Provide product knowledge and help customers compare features, styles, and pricing.
- Prepare quotes, write up orders, and ensure accurate product information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom display.
- Restock merchandise and manage sample materials as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth showroom operations and excellent service.
