We’re looking for a dependable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of residential or commercial properties. Job Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
- Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls
- Prepare units for occupancy, including repairs, painting, and cleaning coordination
- Maintain HVAC systems and replace filters as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and property regulations
- Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and inspections
