We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Medical Claims – Insurance Processor to join our team. This role is responsible for reviewing, processing, and submitting medical insurance claims accurately and efficiently. If you have a strong understanding of medical billing procedures and enjoy working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, this opportunity is a great fit.
Job Duties:
- Review and process medical insurance claims for accuracy and completeness
- Verify patient insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits
- Submit claims electronically and follow up on unpaid or denied claims
- Analyze explanations of benefits and resolve claim discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient and billing records
- Communicate with insurance carriers, providers, and internal teams as needed
- Ensure compliance with billing regulations, payer guidelines, and HIPAA standards
