smoothly? As the Business Office Manager for a vibrant 55+ community in Tigard, you’ll be the main point of contact for residents, the Board, vendors, and service providers—making sure the community operates seamlessly every day.

Duties:

  • Serve as the on-site contact for residents, Board members, vendors, and outside service companies, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Manage the front office, including phones, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Track resident payments, meeting votes, and other basic community data.
  • Organize community calendars, meetings, facility reservations, and official records.
  • Prepare correspondence, notices, reports, and other documentation for residents and the Board.
  • Oversee office supplies and ensure daily operations align with Board-approved policies.
  • Coordinate communication for the community via newsletters, email updates, directories, and website content.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, service schedules, and performance monitoring.
  • Support inspections, regulatory compliance, insurance documentation, and other operational processes.
  • Supervise front office staff, maintain personnel files, support onboarding and performance documentation, and provide coverage when needed.
