Job Full Description
We are looking for an experienced Home Remodeling / Maintenance Technician, you’ll use your hands-on experience to maintain, repair, and upgrade residential properties. This role is ideal for a skilled, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in quality work and enjoys solving problems in a variety of home systems.
Job Duties:
- Perform general home remodeling and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and minor repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair residential systems as needed
- Complete work orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Follow safety guidelines and best practices on all job sites
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding project progress
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment
