Duties & Responsibilities
- Install fences, decks, and related outdoor structures
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project plans
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Prepare job sites, including digging post holes and leveling surfaces
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
