Job Full Description
Join a growing countertop supply company with multiple locations and warehouses throughout Oregon and Washington! As a Bilingual Counter Sales Specialist, you’ll work directly with customers in the showroom, help them find the right countertop for their project, and make sure their orders are entered accurately.
Duties
- Welcome customers at the showroom counter and provide friendly service
- Walk customers through available countertop options and materials
- Answer questions and provide helpful product information
- Help customers select products that best fit their project needs
- Enter customer orders accurately into the company system
- Communicate with warehouse and internal teams regarding orders
- Keep the showroom organized, stocked, and presentable
Pay
- $40,000–$50,000 base salary + commission

Schedule
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or until appointments are complete; typically 8–9 hour days)
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a commission-based sales role
