This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, variety in their day, and working as part of a solid maintenance team.
This position supports general groundskeeping and maintenance for a busy production plant during the peak season. Duties are straightforward and include site clean-up, pressure washing, painting parking lot lines, and helping keep the facility looking its best. Previous experience is a plus, but not required - reliability and a willingness to learn are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform groundskeeping duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, and leaf blowing
- Clean and maintain grounds and public spaces, including debris removal and power washing
- Assist with general site clean-up and seasonal maintenance projects
- Paint parking lot lines and support exterior facility upkeep
- Assist with minor facility repairs and routine maintenance tasks
- Operate lawn equipment, pressure washers, and hand tools safely and effectively
- Work independently and with a team to complete daily assignments
- Follow all safety procedures and report maintenance or safety concerns
