In this role, you'll help maintain apartment homes and community facilities by performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and resident service requests. What You'll Do
- Complete maintenance service requests in occupied apartment homes.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, fixtures, and building systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure apartments and common areas remain in excellent condition.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, including repairs, cleaning coordination, and final inspections.
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and property amenities as needed.
- Respond to maintenance emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with vendors and contractors on larger repair projects.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance work and materials used.
