Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our 1st shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and ensuring products meet our high-quality standards. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for working with your hands, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical components following detailed instructions and blueprints
- Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
