Position: Front Office Coordinator
Pay: $15–$16 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Crossville, TN

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Front Office Coordinator who will play a key role in recruiting and supporting day-to-day office operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the phone, engaging with candidates, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, creating a professional and welcoming experience

Make outbound recruiting calls daily to connect with job seekers, schedule interviews, and follow up on leads

Assist in sourcing candidates and maintaining communication throughout the hiring process

Answer and route inbound calls efficiently

Provide administrative support to the office team as needed
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a recruiting, front office, or customer service role preferred

Comfortable making outbound phone calls and engaging with a high volume of candidates

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
