Job Full Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, flexible, and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Support Specialist. This role requires excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills, the ability to follow detailed work instructions, and strong problem-solving abilities. Ideal candidates will be self-starters who can adapt to changing schedules and contribute to the day-to-day success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, reporting, and spreadsheet management.

Export, format, and analyze data using Excel (must know formulas and basic math operations).

Follow work instructions with minimal supervision.

Research solutions online and summarize findings for team use.

Create documents and presentations using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Use Outlook for email communication and scheduling.
-
Problem-solve independently and present recommendations.

Organize and summarize complex information in a clear, concise manner.

Run errands locally (e.g., bank, UPS/FedEx, hardware store).

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Schedule Requirements:

Must be available to work flexible hours, including until 6:30 PM on weekdays during the first few weeks.

Overtime and weekend availability required as needed
Qualifications:
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, sorting, copying/pasting).

Familiar with Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

Strong communication, research, and organizational skills.

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
